Caolasnacon Caravan & Camping Park is surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, some of the best in Scotland.

As proprietors of Caolasnacon for almost 50 years, we feel we still offer the free spirit of camping that our regular visitors have came to appreciate.  Since we don’t divide our site into individual pitches, there is no need to book for our touring side – you just need to turn up, book in and choose your own spot.  Our 30 hook-ups are operated on a first-come-first-served basis.

We have 17 static caravans and room for 50 touring units.  Calor and Camping Gas is available to purchase on site. We have a laundrette, dish washing room and free shower facilities.

We pride ourselves in welcoming families, as Caolasnacon is an ideal base for visiting tourist attractions in the Scottish Highlands.

Loch Leven lends itself superbly to boating, fishing and water-sports. The shingle beach makes launching your own boat a simple task. The loch stretches from Kinlochleven to Glencoe with mountains of grandeur on both sides, at times reflecting on a sea of glass. For those who would rather keep their feet on the ground Caolasnacon is a superb centre for climbing or hill-walking. Wildlife abounds in the vicinity and the owners are particularly proud of the resident Golden Eagles.
