Glencoe Mountain Resort provides some of the best downhill mountain biking in the country. From the top of the access chairlift you can enjoy the ultra steep and technical black track which is reputed to be one of the toughest in the UK or take on the much more mellow red which has lots of jumps, bumps and berms. We also have blue, red and black natural  XC/Enduro trails from the top of the chair offering fantastic views and fun descents.

Bike hire – Our Bird Aires 9 Enduro MTB bikes are perfectly suited to the Glencoe Mountain terrain, they can easily take on the tough climbs whilst still being able to handle our notorious Black DH Track and everything else in between.

The Shred Shed is our on site bike rental and workshop. We offer free safety checks and an array of bike servicing options, and our staff are more than happy to answer any questions you have about your bike, or the trails.

Mountain Bike Hire

Secure your bike rental either online or on the day of your visit.

Damage Hold: Please bring a credit or debit card for a damage hold of £250. In the event of bike damage, you will be liable for the repair costs.

Booking Process: For online bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking. If you opt for on-the-day rental, payment can be made at our bike hire station.

Please note that our trails are colour coded by difficulty, and take this into account when deciding which to ride.
