The Ballachulish Tourist Information Centre is situated in Ballachulish village, just off the A82, one mile from Glencoe village, surrounded by some of the most dramatic and beautiful scenery in Scotland.

Our Information Centre is in partnership with Visit Scotland and we stock a large range of visitor brochures from Visit Scotland, along with a large selection of flyers, leaflets, bus and ferry timetables. Our staff all live locally and have a comprehensive knowledge of walks, events, and activities in the area.

We offer a activity booking service to allow you to book anything from Segway and Fast Boat tours, Rafting and Canyoning, and photography safaris. Our partner business across the road is Tools and Tackle where you can get all the tackle and tips to enjoy fishing on the Loch. This is why we are the first stop for many people who wish to plan their stay while holidaying in Glencoe.

You will find up to date weather reports, road information and Citylink and Ferry information within the centre. We also have computer access and fax, photocopy, and scan facilities.

We also have local knowledge of suitable walking routes, and you can even enjoy some fine easy walks straight from the centre and finish with a cup of coffee and cake in our onsite Cafe’ before picking up some great gifts from our gift shop.
