Stiff Peaks Shop
Stiff Peaks is a luxury patisserie specialising in providing classic foods utilising the very best ingredients of the Highlands. Savoury & sweet items are handmade by Chef Lyndsay Michie who has trained with Michel Roux Jnr and Andrew Fairlie. New shop opened in Ballachulish in April 2022. If you are visiting the area you must pop in – we are open Wednesday – Saturday every week!
