Bishops Bay Cottage is a luxury modern cottage sleeping 4, set in private land a 2 minute walk from Loch Leven, with balcony views of woodland and wildlife.

With underfloor heating and a wood burning stove you are sure to be cosy throughout the year. Our two downstairs bedrooms are en-suite, one with shower over bath and one with a shower, both have heated towel rails.

Upstairs awaits a large open plan living and dining space with a very well-equipped kitchen, Sonos Speaker and Bluetooth Speaker and taking advantage of the wonderful views, a sliding door accesses the glass surround balcony, with table and seating for four, overlooking the garden and down towards the Loch.

Bishop’s Bay Cottage is a wonderful base to start and end the day as you discover all the delights that Glencoe and Lochaber have to offer. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming are all possible on Loch Leven, and only moments from the front door. With ample parking and outdoor seating,  the cottage will help you to relax and unwind from the moment you arrive.

Our local pub and restaurants are within a 10 and 20 minute walk with extensive whisky and gin collections – one even has a school to make your own gin. The cycle track, which goes all the way south to Oban is joined in just 2 minutes and of course the majestic hills of Glencoe are just a short drive away for a day on the hills – walking and skiing or perhaps painting and photography.
